Last year, we blogged about the injunction Spring Stone Limited was served that has prevented it from continuing exploration works for rare earth elements in Mulanje.

Today the High Court in Blantyre was scheduled to hear the case brought by a group of concerned citizens against Spring Stone and Mulanje Mountain Conservation Trust’s activities. The group has filed for a permanent injunction.
