Oxfam Malawi is looking for an Extractive Industries Governance Program Officer. Deadline for applications is 7 February 2018.

Oxfam in Malawi is looking for a results-oriented Malawian to fill a One Year Fixed Term position of Extractives Industry Governance Program Officer tenable in Lilongwe.  The position reports to the Public Accountability Coordinator, and is responsible for enhancing the management of the Extractives Industry (EI) Governance Project that aims at promoting effective management of the EI sector so that Malawians are able to enjoy economic benefits from the Industry.  The role aims to provide strategic and operational inputs for project cycle management (design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmes and projects).  The Program Officer will be a key member of the program team and will work closely with other program team members under the overall leadership of the Governance Program Manager.
